Not sure what to think, I think I feel better but can't tell a huge difference. It is a lot of pills to take and they are huge! My stomach gets upset if I take the entire dose at once even if I eat with it so I cut down to 2 pills at most. Maybe in a more compact formula with smaller sized pills this product would work but until then I don't know if it's the one for me.
