A Brand You Can Trust
Welcome to Trab Health. We exist for one reason: to help people succeed in health - with honesty, transparency and integrity.
You won’t find exaggerated marketing or unfounded claims here. Where human research exists, we’ll show it. Where it doesn’t, we’ll tell you, and instead point to traditional use and relevant pharmacological evidence. We let our products speak for themselves, through our loyal customers' feedback.
We also believe in honesty about results.
Because every body is different, results can vary, and we’ll always be upfront about that. That’s why our formulas are carefully designed to deliver the greatest potential benefit for the greatest number of people, and that's also why we offer a money back guarantee.
We approach wellbeing holistically. The body is a system of systems, and our products support multiple pathways, not just one.
Finally, we respect nature’s design. We use whole herbs and standardized extracts where appropriate, and avoid isolated or modified herbal compounds. Because we believe herbs work best as nature intended: synergistically, in balance, and in harmony with the body.

Bart Jarvis
Meet Our Founder
“I wanted to be able to design formulas I’d be confident recommending to the people I care about, using high-quality ingredients and treating the body as a connected whole.”
Bart Jarvis is the Founder & CEO of Trab Health. As an ex-military Medic and with a lifelong passion for helping others, Bart created Trab Health to support people on their journey to better health through honesty, transparency, and integrity.
For over two decades, he has studied natural health, building on his knowledge as a health professional, and used it to support the wellbeing of himself and his family. That experience shaped a deep respect for nature-based ingredients, intentional lifestyle choices, and the importance of evidence-informed formulations.
Trab Health was founded on a simple belief: people deserve supplements they can trust - crafted with purpose, made to a premium standard, and designed to support real wellbeing.

John Burchell

About our Lead Integrative Medicine Consultant
John serves as a consulting expert to Trab Health, bringing over four decades of experience in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. With a deep understanding of natural health sciences, John provides evidence-informed guidance on formulation, ingredient synergy, and holistic wellness strategies. His insights support Trab Health’s mission to develop high-quality, effective, and ethically grounded natural health products.
John began his journey in health sciences as a result of chronic childhood illness that allopathic medicine could not resolve. By age 10, John already had a very clear vision of working in health care and at age 16 was accepted into tertiary health sciences following aptitude testing for early entry. At first John studied general medicine only to recognize the limitations of conventional approaches and redirected his path toward natural medicine – where his values and passion aligned. He applied his learning to natural health science, first graduating in Naturopathy and Herbal medicine, then post graduate in Deep Tissue Manipulation Therapy (now more commonly referred to as Myotherapy), Family Lineage Psychology and Homeopathy.
During the 1980s John became involved with a group of forward-thinking health care practitioners that pioneered Integrative medicine in Australia. Recognizing no single principal has all the answers, John sought out practitioners from multiple professions – general practice, medical specialists, acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathic, just to name a few, along with well-regarded expert practitioners from his own profession. Various health system models from around the world were also considered. With this, a rapid groundswell followed and John’s leadership extended beyond the clinic – he contributed to state-level policy discussions and helped shape legislation recognizing Integrative Medicine as a legitimate, collaborative and accepted model of healthcare practice.
Having achieved recognition for the integration of multi-modality practice, John focused on his own practices setting up multi-disciplinary clinics and forging communications and referrals between allopathic and allied practices.
Fertility, conception, pregnancy, birthing and mother-baby care became a natural progression, and remains today as John’s primary area of practice. Working with conception is inclusive of overall health, vitality and emotional wellbeing. John maintains a passion for helping families reach their fullest potential for natural conception and birthing choices and continues to research and extend his own capacity to do so.
John is in his 42nd year in clinical practice and has a worldwide client base.
